Since we are strictly a rental house, we do not have a mailing list or ticketing system. 

● You provide all of the personnel support for the production, including box office, concessions, tech crew, design team, and stage management. 

● You use the ticketing system of your choice. 

● You provide concessions. 

● You keep all of the box office and concessions income.

● 24 dimmers 

● ETC element board 

● Various lighting equipment (inventory list made available to design team) 

Sound: 

● Mackie Board. 

● Stereo sound. 

● Audio Snake 

● *Note: we do not have a dedicated sound computer. Production must provide their own

Props/Furniture: 

● Props and Furniture are available for rehearsal, filming, and performance purposes - free of charge.
