GENERAL ONGOING AVAILABILITY (for rehearsals, techs, and performances): 

Mondays: UNAVAILABLE 

Tuesdays: 9a-6:30p, and late nights (after 11:30) 

Wednesdays: UNAVAILABLE 

Thursdays: 9a-6:30p, and late nights (after 11:30). 

Fridays: Available all day/night* 

Saturdays: Available all day/night* 

Sundays: Available all day/night* 

* Fridays-Sundays availability: dependent on current production rental schedule.

PRICING: Rehearsals: 

Mon-Fri 9a-6p: $30/hr 

Sat-Sun 9a-6p: $40/hr 

Fri-Sun 6p-11p: $50/hr 

Productions held at the McCadden will receive a $5/hr discount off all listed rehearsal pricing. 

Note that due to ongoing classes, the following times are UNAVAILABLE for rental

Mondays and Wednesdays 9a-11p

Tuesdays and Thursdays 6p-11p

Classes/Workshops: Once a week

Monthly fee - $400-550 (depending on time and day) 

THEATRICAL PRODUCTIONS: 

$450/performance** 

**Performance pricing based on 90-180 minute productions using theatrical lighting and sound. 

Tech: $50/hr. 

The more performances booked, the more discounts can be applied. Less than 8 performances would not receive a discount. But anything more than 8, discounts start to kick in. Including some free tech time, bulk rate rehearsals, The discounts vary with the number of performances. 

Extensions: 

Depending on availability, production can earmark a few weekends for possible extensions. Production will receive "Right of First Refusal" for designated weekends. These weekends will be charged to production when extension is made official. More info on the completed contract. 

FILMING: 

We try to work with all sorts of budgets, so listing an exact price is not feasible. 

Pricing depends on: 

● Size of production 

● Number of cast/crew 

● Whether you are providing your own lights/sound or using the in-house equipment 

● If the rental is exclusive, or shared. 

(Exclusive - you’d request the classes would be moved - additional fees. Shared - you’d work around existing schedule) 

● If you are using the space as-is or adding paint, scenic elements, etc…
